크리스마스 시즌에 맞추어 메타프로방스와 담양읍을 중심으로 크리스마스 분위기를 조성하여 

겨울 관광객 유치를 통한 지역경제 활성화와 주민 소득증대 도모, 지역성장 신규 동력 확보를 위한 축제이다.

이국적 풍경과 어울릴 수 있는 다양한 경관조명, 대형크리스마스트리로 크리스마스 분위기에 맞게 꾸미고, 

다양한 공연들로 젊은 층은 물론 가족단위 관광객들에게도 아름다운 추억의 시간을 선사할 예정이다.

Santa Festival creates Christmas atmosphere centering around provence and Damayang-eup for the Christmas season.

The festival is held to revive the local economy, increase income of the neighborhood and

reserve the power for local growth through attracting the winter tourists.

Various exterior lighting harmonizing with exotic scenery and large-size Christmas tree uplift the atmosphere of Christmas and also a variety of performances

give some unforgettable memories not only to the young generation but also to family.
