가파도 청보리 축제 2018  Gapado Green Barley Festival

제주도 서귀포시 최남단의 가파도는 해마다 푸르게 출렁이는 봄을 만날 수 있는 최고의 장소다. 가파도의 상동마을에서 하동마을까지 이어지는 길을 따라 양 옆으로 펼쳐진 562,000㎟(17만 평) 규모의 청보리밭은 쉼 없이 바닷바람에 출렁이며 장관을 연출한다. 수평선과 맞닿은 청보리의 물결은 연인과 가족을 먹먹한 감동의 시간으로 안내한다.

Gapado, a small island off the southern coast of Seogwipo, is the best place on Jeju Island to see the splashing, deep-blue waves of spring. The 170,000-pyeo-ng (approx. 562,000 square meters) green barley field that lines both sides of the road leading from Sandong Village to Hadong Village undulates in time with the ocean breeze, creating one of the island’s most beautiful sights.
